- Installation photographs used with your permission may be kept while they remain reasonably useful to our business, unless you withdraw your permission.
Photographs, CCTV and telephone calls
We may ask for permission to photograph a completed installation for our website, portfolio or social media. We do not normally publish your name or full address, although we may mention the general town or area where the installation was completed. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent by contacting us.
CCTV operates at our premises at Unit 1, 80 Beldon Road, Bradford, BD7 3DP. It is used to help protect our customers, staff, premises, property and equipment and to prevent or investigate crime or security incidents.
We do not routinely record telephone calls, although staff may make notes where necessary to deal with an enquiry, quotation, order or other request.
Marketing
We do not currently use customer information for routine email, SMS, WhatsApp or postal direct-marketing campaigns. We may still contact you where necessary about an enquiry, quotation, appointment, order, installation, payment, warranty, complaint or other customer-service matter.
